My Approach

Gillian uses an integrated, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach. Each session follows your lead, focusing on what is most important to you in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.

Her hope is to help you understand yourself more fully, move through challenges and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

She offers a variety of methods in order to meet the needs of each person. I often use approaches such as

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): to identify and shift unhelpful thought or behaviour patterns
  • Somatic Therapy: to increase body awareness and regulate the nervous system
  • Mindfulness and Breathwork: to cultivate calm, focus, and well-being

With a deep belief in every person’s ability to grow, heal, and change, Gillian helps clients better understand themselves and others while creating lasting improvements in relationships and overall well-being.
